I’m Brooke Young - Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, and the founder of Young Fitness.

I didn’t just “get into fitness.”
I lived the struggle first.

Long hours, stress, unhealthy habits… and a version of myself I didn’t recognize anymore.
​
I made the decision to change, and over time, I lost 80+ pounds, rebuilt my strength, and completely transformed my life from the inside out.
That didn’t happen by accident. It took structure, accountability, and someone in my corner who wouldn’t let me quit.

That’s exactly what I bring to my clients now.

At Young Fitness, this isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level motivation.
