Hi! I'm Brooke Young, your new Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach!

My journey into health and fitness began with a personal goal — lose over 70 pounds to reclaiming my health, confidence, and strength.
Like many of you, I battled through long work hours, stress, and unhealthy habits that led to a very toxic lifestyle.
Inspired by trainers who showed me what was possible, I transformed my life, one step at a time, losing weight and building strength not just physically, but mentally.

This journey taught me resilience, determination, and the impact of having someone who believes in you.

Now, I'm on a mission to be that person for others!

At Young Fitness, I’m committed to inspiring and empowering my clients to take control of their health, embrace their strength, and build confidence.
I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and with a blend of empathy, encouragement, and a “we don’t quit” mentality, I work to create individualized programs that make fitness and nutrition a sustainable, enjoyable part of life.
